Jacqueline Mengering is a potter and soap maker, who hails from Crossfield, AB and also spends much of her time in Saskatchewan.

She has been making pottery for over 20 years, creating ceramic buttons, jewelry, and functional pottery.  She also makes cold pressed soap and body products.

A life-long creative, she loves to work with clay, making useful things from mud and transforming them into something we can use in our everyday life.  For her, the process is part of the fun and the end result is always rewarding.

She also believes it is important to know how to make, bake, grow, and provide for yourself. Shouldn’t we all?  It is this thinking that inspired her to make soap, which she eventually began to sell.  Using quality ingredients and as many natural products that she can, she makes cold pressed soap and bath products that are luxurious to use and are not harsh on your skin.

You can expect to find great value when you visit Jacqueline’s booth in our Maker’s Market! Her products start as low as $6.00.
